For those who do not know as a young boy Hannibal was tutored before the war, he was sentenced to a orphanage/school later until his escape to France to find his only family. His uncle and aunt placed him in a proper education and when he was older he went to medical school, after beige accepted due to his artwork and intellect, he later had to leave there before completing his education because he went and murdered the people that killed his family. After he fled Europe and studied psychology eventually ending up in Baltimore. He was well educated in multiple languages from Ancient Greek to German and as a child developed a mind palace to help store his information.
